What is Locionne?
Locionne is a women’s fashion brand dedicated to merging luxurious comfort with timeless style.
Driven by our high standards and attention to detail, we create pieces that not only look sophisticated but feel incredible to wear.
We understand the frustrations of finding garments that balance comfort and style, and we design with that in mind. We aim to create solutions for women who want to dress their best without compromising on comfort.
What does Locionne mean?
Pronounced “lo-see-OWN.” The name Locionne is inspired by our commitment to comfort and luxury. Just as our fabrics are designed to feel soft and effortless, the name carries a sense of smooth, flowing elegance. Rooted in our passion for crafting premium, comfortable garments, Locionne reflects our belief that style should always feel as good as it looks.
Do you have a physical store?
At the moment, are exclusively online. However, we occasionally bring our collections to life through warehouse sales and pop-up events.

Something I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
Some of our styles are limited-edition and won’t be restocked, while others belong to our core collection and will return periodically. If an item is set to be restocked, you’ll find a 'NOTIFY ME' button—simply leave your email to receive a reminder when it’s back. Our most popular styles sell out quickly, so we recommend making your purchase early to avoid missing out.
Are your products vegan-friendly?
Our garments made with LotionTech fabric contains collagen derived from fish scales that are naturally occuring in the ocean. While it may not align with strict vegan principles, we prioritise ethical and sustainable sourcing to minimise enviromental impact.
All our other garments not containing collagen are free from animal by-products and 100% vegan.

Orders & Payment
Can I make changes to my order?
We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so once your order is placed, it's typically not possible to modify your order. Please make sure to review your information before completing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
At this time, we are unable to cancel any orders once they are placed. Be sure to check your order details and shipping information before processing your order.
If you believe there is an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards and debit cards, PayPal, ApplePay, AfterPay (available in select regions only) and ShopPay. We also accept Locionne e-Gift Cards before the expiry date. We are unable to accept cheques, bank transfers or cash orders.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a shopping service (and app) that allows you to make a purchase today and pay for it later with four equal installments, every two weeks, interest-free. It's available on all orders $35 and above. It is only available in select countries.
Afterpay is free when you pay on time. If you miss a payment you may be charged late fees.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We are based in Melbourne, Australia but we ship worldwide. Orders outside of Australia may be subject to custom duties and taxes applied at the destination country. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Do you offer free shipping?
Australia: Standard shipping (2-8 business days) is $9.95 or FREE with orders over $50.
Express shipping (1-2 business days) is $14.95 or FREE with orders over $150.
International (prices in AUD):
New Zealand (1-2 business days): $15 or FREE over $100
USA & Canada (2-4 business days): $15 or FREE over $100
Europe & UK (3-4 business days): $15 or FREE over $100
Asia (2-4 business days): $15 or FREE over $100
Rest of World (3-5 business days): $15 or FREE over $100
From time to time, we may run promotions where we offer free or discounted shipping.
When will I receive my order?
Orders with in-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days – orders will then be shipped at the speed selected during checkout. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Kindly note, that all delivery timelines are subject to change by the shipper.
If your order contains a pre-order item, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the pre-order item becoming in-stock.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Haven't received a confirmation email? Please contact us at customerservice@locionne.com and our team will assist you.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchase to make a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Sale products are not eligible for a change of mind return.
How do I make a return?
Visit our Returns Portal to initiate a return.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We offer sizing exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days after purchase. Please note that for exchanges, return postage costs will be borne by the customer. Exchanges are also subject to availability. In the event that your requested item is unavailable, we will issue you with a credit note. To request an exchange, please visit our Returns Policy.
What happens if there's something wrong with my order?
If items you've received are faulty, if you've been sent the wrong item, or items are missing, please Contact Us to address the issue.
Please note that we are not liable for any orders that are lost or damaged during transit, once they are dispatched. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
