Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Website Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise, then these need to be reported to us immediately so that we can investigate. Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

HOW TO RETURN:

Click the link below to visit our returns portal. Enter your order number and zip code/email address to lookup your order and follow the prompts to request a return.

Please ensure your return meets our Return Conditions. Returns that do not meet our criteria, or items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Items purchased full price or discounted less than 40% can be returned for a refund, exchange or 110% credit note. This includes orders purchased using a discount code.
  • Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty

For your return to be accepted, all items must be:

  • Unworn, unaltered and in original condition
  • Have all hangtags still attached and original packaging included in the parcel

We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

We take care to pack your products carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit.  If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you contact us immediately at customerservice@locionne.com, and send along any photos of the damage. Once we assess the issue, we will reach out with next steps.

Please note: General wear and tear, damaged resulting from incorrect washing, neglect or misuse are not considered manufacturing faults, and won't be eligible for returns. 

RETURN POSTAGE
Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend that you return the product via a trackable postage method. We will not be responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel.

Please include your name, address, order number and return number in the parcel to prevent delays in the processing or your return.
